Tata Nano's = E Class Side Mirror's

You all would've heard a lot and read a lot about the fantastic new Tata Nano and so I'm not going to bore you with that again. But do you know that the side mirror (ORVM) of a Mercedes-Benz E Class costs more than the base version of the Nano? To quote the price exactly, it is (a whooping, I should add) Rs.123363. I was stunned on seeing that. I got this info from the excellent Jan '08 issue of Autocar India. They have done a comprehensive analysis of the spare parts market in this issue. I recommend you buy a copy from the news-stand and read it.
